Dr David Tripp, remained as an Adjunct Professor, after he retired as a full-time member of staff in December 2006. David's interests are in action learning processes in professional and organisational change and development. More specifically, he has particular expertise in reflective practice, action research program evaluation and qualitative (case study) research methods in life-long learning and participatory, workplace-based improvement strategies.
