Registration procedure

If you would like to participate in PIPS in 2009, please follow the steps below.

STEP 1: COMPLETE AGREEMENT TO PARTICIPATE FORM

You will need to fill out the 2009 Agreement to Participate Form below and fax it to (08) 9360 6150.

STEP 2: WAIT FOR EMAIL CONFIRMATION

When the form has been processed by PIPS Australia, an email confirmation will be sent to the Principal and PIPS Contact provided by you on the form. If you do not receive confirmation within two weeks of faxing the form, please contact us.
