Master of Education Studies

Course Code: M1141

The Master of Education Studies is a two-year coursework degree following a recognised undergraduate degree of at least three years. It is designed to provide professional development in educational policy, leadership, and learning and teaching issues in a wide range of contexts. It is suitable for administrators, tertiary teachers, and educators in formal and informal settings in organisations, industry and community groups, as well as school-based educators who may have less than four years of teacher education. (Four years of teacher education usually consist of either a three year degree and a Diploma in Education, or a four year degree in Education).
