This course is designed for people who are interested in the education of adults (e.g. university lecturers or tutors, technical college lecturers, nurse educators, adult literacy teachers, community adult educators, industrial training officers).

Employment Prospects:This course provides development and formal accreditation for the professional role of a lecturer, adult educator, facilitator, professional development facilitator, instructor or professional trainer.
Special Requirements:Students in EDU470 Professional and Action Learning Project have responsibility for arranging access to a group or groups of adult learners. Such access should permit students to teach, tutor, train or facilitate the group (or groups) over an extended period of time (usually 10 weeks).
