Welcome to the CLCD

The Centre for Learning, Change and Development (CLCD) operates within the School of Education at Murdoch University in Western Australia. The CLCD draws together professionals from a range of disciplines who share a team-oriented approach to the processes of learning, change and development.

The CLCD fosters ideas and supports innovative research by providing support for staff research and development activities. Since its inception in 1997, the CLCD has managed projects totalling more than $6m. The Centre holds managerial responsibility for the University's recently established emerging research strength in the area of "Learning, leadership and policy - research across methodological paradigms". CLCD projects aim not only to increase knowledge through research but also to enhance the long-term potential of the learning communities with whom they collaborate.
